Meet Eva
My path was winding as I went to universities in three different countries. Psychology and philosophy were always my favorite subjects but my initial career path brought me into the corporate finance world through finance, accounting, and business administration degrees. I worked primarily in the banking and finance industry including leadership positions in the San Francisco and Silicon Valley markets. My intense corporate experience in Silicon Valley made me realize and appreciate how highly functioning, well-educated, and career-focused people can suffer emotionally, mentally, and physically just like everyone else. Witnessing the higher rates of depression, isolation, social struggles, suicide, and a “career at all costs” mindset opened my eyes to these alarming trends in a highly functioning population. After much reflection, I felt a calling to change my field and career. I followed my passion and went back to school for a Master’s in Counseling so that I can provide a safe space and help these individuals who struggle to find the right resources, support, and understanding for their pressured world.
After thousands of hours of education, clinical internship, and trainings and working with these individuals all over the world, I am ready to provide you the same support and a safe space. It is time to break this stigma that highly functioning and successful adults don’t struggle in their inner world and relationships. I know that in your own emotional world and mental health, you want to accomplish feats on par with other aspects of your life. You can do it. I am here to discover with you what you need to accomplish emotionally and mentally so you can reach your goals and dreams.
So nice to meet YOU
